Financial Policies

Sales items are subject to quantities on hand.
• There is a charge of $9.95 for cancelled or refused orders.
• Shipping fees will not be refunded.
• All returns, exchanges, sale and closeout items are final.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your purchase according to the following guidelines:

  • Request return authorization within 30 days from shipment receipt date.
  • Include copy of original receipt with return.
  • Return with original packaging.
  • Products have to be less than 75% used.
  • Free products or gifts received with purchase must also be returned.
  • The item must not be damaged
  • All parts, manuals, accessories are to be returned at the same time.
  • Devices are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  1. Customer is responsible for prepaid return shipment charges and appropriate insurance.
  2. In order to ensure the return is received we recommend you have a way of tracking your return shipment. We cannot be responsible for returns that have not been received.
  3. Upon Receipt of the return we will examine the return for damage and compliance with above.
  4. Returns that do not meet the above criteria will be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed.
  5. A credit or exchange will be issued on returns that meet the above guidelines.
    1. Allow up to 2 weeks for a return to be processed after it has been received.
    2. If the purchase was made with rewards points, the points will be credited first then any payment. The reward points can be re-used subject to the terms of the Rewards program
  6. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.
