• USPS (United States Postal Service) delivers Monday through Saturday
• UPS ( United Parcel Post) delivers Monday through Friday
• No Shipment to PO Boxes

Returns

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your purchase according to the following guidelines:

Request return authorization within 30 days from shipment receipt date. Direct to appropriate section in Financial Policy.

• Include copy of original receipt with return.
• Return with original packaging.
• Products have to be less than 75% used.
• Free products or gifts received with purchase must also be returned.
• The item must not be damaged.
• All parts, manuals, accessories are to be returned at the same time.
• Devices are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
